Printing methods are selected based on design complexity:

In personalized notebooks bulk production, quality control includes alignment checks, color calibration (ΔE < 3 for brand accuracy), and paper curl resistance testing. These parameters ensure uniform output across thousands of units.

Modern factories also integrate automated cutting systems and robotic stacking to maintain consistency. This reduces error rates and improves production speed for high-volume orders.
