In industrial machinery, heat control is critical for maintaining equipment reliability. The Auxiliary Cooling Pump is widely used in hydraulic systems, generator sets, compressors, and power electronics cooling loops.

Unlike primary circulation pumps, the Auxiliary Cooling Pump is designed to support secondary or bypass cooling circuits. Typical industrial specifications include:

A key advantage is redundancy. If the main pump fails or reduces efficiency, the Auxiliary Cooling Pump ensures thermal continuity, preventing overheating of bearings, seals, and electronic components.

Many systems integrate dual-pump redundancy, where one unit operates while the second remains in standby mode. Automatic switching is triggered by pressure sensors detecting drops below 0.15 MPa.
