Release is an all-surface cleaner that has numerous use cases in the realm of marine, aviation, and even domestic cleaning. 

Unlike many other cleaning products, it does not need to penetrate the surface to loosen soil, and its associative technology enables it to bind to grease and other dirt so it can be cleaned away. 

This makes it not only effective, but safe for use on glass, ceramic, plastic, vinyl, leather and upholstery, painted surfaces and more. 

Here are some high-level notes for using this amazingly versatile cleaning solution around your home. 

On Glass Surfaces

To clean windows and mirrors, use Release in a 1:100 concentration, spray on glass surfaces and then allow it to sit for roughly 20 seconds. 

After 20 seconds, use a clean cloth (that you have not previously used for cleaning another surface) to wipe away grease and other soils from the glass surface. 

Multiple applications may be needed for particularly heavy deposits of grease, soot or other soil. 

Give glass surfaces one more wipe-down with a clean microfiber cloth after you’ve finished to leave a clean, dry, streak-free surface.

On Stovetops and Cooking Surfaces

For greasy stovetops and other cooking surfaces, use this all-surface cleaner in a slightly stronger concentration of 1:20. Spray the area heavily to ensure that it is fully saturated and let Release sit for 90 seconds. If the grease is particularly thick, use a brush or scrubber to make sure that the cleaner is incorporated with the grease to help ensure it can be lifted away. 

After letting it sit, use a clean cloth to wipe away grease and grime. As with glass, multiple applications may be required to fully clear away stubborn deposits. 

For Mold and Mildew Stains 

For mold and mildew stains, particularly in humid environments, such as in bathrooms, use Release in a concentration between 1:20 and 1:40, then spray evenly on affected surfaces and allow this versatile cleaner to sit for approximately a minute. 

After letting the cleaner sit, use a clean cloth or rag to wipe away the mold or mildew. If the deposits or stains are particularly thick or heavy,multiple applications may be needed to loosen and remove them.

After the surface is clean, wipe it down one more time with a clean cloth to ensure no residue is left, for a clean, clear finish.

On Upholstery and Leather

Release all-surface cleaner can also be used on leather and textiles, such as upholstery, making it an amazing home cleaning product. 

For leather, a lighter concentration should be used; approximately 1:40 to 1:100. Spray Release onto the affected surface and let sit for about 30 seconds, then wipe it away with a clean cloth that you have not used to clean another surface previously, as doing so may spread dirt. After you’re finished, wipe the surface down one more time with a clean cloth. 

For textiles and upholstery, dilute Release to approximately 1:20, then apply and let the fabric soak for between 2 and 3 minutes. You may need to agitate the surface with a brush to loosen the soils within. 

Wipe the surface clean, or use a carpet cleaner or extractor to lift up and remove the soils held by the fabric. 

Whether you use it on leather or textiles, be sure to let the surface dry before use.
